Molly fell in love with this costume when we saw it at the Flea Market.
I think I have created a monster...
Molly has been such a blessing in my life and because of her I was able to get through the toughest time of year for me. It was the 3 year anniversary of loosing my mom and this little girl brightens my day even when I don't want to get out of bed in the morning to face the real world. She will go to my dresser and pick something out for me and say get up mommy and put this pretty top on. Thank you my sweet girl.
Spring is here, the sun is shining and it's time to wipe the cobwebs from my brain and look forward to what life has to offer.
I am going to try and start walking and getting more exercise, spend time with friends and eat healthy. I feel as though if I type this here, perhaps it will make me a bit more accountable for my behaviour and get me to change my life just a little bit.
I am so looking forward to getting away with girlfriends next weekend and doing some amazing art projects, chatting with the girls and having a few laughs. Donna Downey here we come.
Last weekend Molly, Will and I went to Calabogie for a 4 day weekend and we had a very relaxing time...we didn't have much choice really the weather was crap so we were a bit house bound. The condo was amazing though and Molly had fun staying in "the way up room" as she called it. The pool was closed for annual maintenance so this was a bit of a bummer especially for the 3 year old, but mom didn't mind not having to put on her swim suit though...UGH!!!
It is Easter weekend and both Molly and Will have come down with a nasty cold so I still don't know if we are going to the farm or not but hopefully this afternoon after everyone has gotten up from their naps, we will head up to the farm.
Keep well Chickas...K
